Note that you can apply for support for purchases made up to 12 months ago if you have previously bought devices that fall under the support.
If you have products, such as the Smarthub, that are older than 12 months but are still needed for you to apply, include documentation necessary to receive support. Even if you don’t get support for those products, they are still required to meet the support criteria, and documentation must be attached.
